Role Overview
As the Events/Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's events execution, marketing strategies, and administrative functions. You will assist in planning and coordinating events, managing communication campaigns, and ensuring seamless operations that enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing member conferences, networking events, workshops, and other association-related programs.
Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, vendor management, and onsite preparations.
Handle event registration processes and maintain accurate attendance records.
Provide onsite support at events, ensuring smooth flow and addressing participant needs.
Marketing and Communications:

Develop content for association newsletters, promotional emails, and social media platforms to engage members and increase event participation.
Create and update event and marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and signage.
Assist in managing the organization's website, ensuring event details are up to date and user-friendly.
Monitor email campaigns and social media engagement, providing insights for improvement.
Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records in databases and systems relating to member information and event participation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event and marketing strategies align with organizational goals.
Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or administrative roles (experience in associations or nonprofits is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email correspondence, and CRM/database management.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Enthusiastic and team-oriented with a passion for creating memorable events and meaningful marketing content.
